PMS High Speed Dry Granulator is designed in compliance with GMP standard. Product contact parts are constructed as totally enclosed, dust tight unit and separated from technical components.
The main functions are to reduce particle size reduction of dry or slightly moist agglomerates, resulting in a uniform particle distribution. The particle size range is determined by screen mesh selection and gap, setting between rotor and
screen.
Agglomerates, fed through top inlet hopper, flow by gravity into the granulating chamber. The rotor of PMS Granulator applies continuous shearing force to press out and form granules through sieve screen. The granules are subsequently presented through bottom discharge port into your product
container.
